Pengaruh Self Efficacy, Motivasi Kerja Dan Komitmen Organisasional Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan BPD Bank Jateng KCP Temanggung

This study aims to determine; 1) The effect of Self Efficacy on employee performance, 2) The effect of work motivation on employee performance, 3) The effect of organizational commitment on employee performance, and 4) The effect of Self Efficacy, work motivation, and organizational commitment on employee performance. Qualitative data were collected using a questionnaire with a sample of 100 employees of Bank Jateng Temanggung Branch with Data Analysis Test techniques using multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that 1) Self Efficacy has a significant effect on employee performance with a Thitung value of 4.605 greater than the Ttable value of 1.66023 with a significant value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.050. 2) Work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance with a Thitung value of 4.813 greater than the Ttable value of 1.66023 with a significant value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. 3) organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance with a Thitung value of 4.912 greater than the Ttable value of 1.66023 with a significant value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. 4) Self Efficacy, work motivation and organizational commitment to employee performance are evidenced by the Fcount value of 63,760 greater than the F table value of 2,134 and a significance value of 0.00. The coefficient of determination in this research model is 64.3%, while the remaining 33.7% is influenced by other factors.
