<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab dua permasalahan utama, yaitu (1) bagaimana kontribusi Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan dalam membina kewarganegaraan digital; (2) urgensi kewarganegaraan digital dalam menjawab problem beragama di ruang digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi kepustakaan atau tinjauan literatur. Proses analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, display data, verifikasi serta penarikan kesimpulan. Dari analisis yang penulis lakukan, ditemukan bahwa (1) Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan memiliki peran penting untuk berkontribusi dalam membentuk warga negara digital yang plural. Kemampuan menguasai kompetensi digital merupakan indikator awal yang harus dimiliki oleh setiap warga digital. Kompetensi digital tersebut yaitu baik dan cerdas, plural, literat, kritis, partisipatif, serta beretika. (2) Pada dasarnya praktek beragama dan ruang digital merupakan dua hal yang berbeda, namun di abad-21 keduanya terhubung dan saling kaitmengait. Interaksi antara keduanya selain membawa impresi positif juga memiliki residu, seperti ujaran kebencian berbasis agama di ruang digital. <p><em>This paper attempts to examine the problems of national disintegration that have occurred in Indonesia. Terror acts carried out by GAM and RMS were carried out by the Armed Criminal Group (KKB) through the burning of public buildings and a number of killings. Likewise, efforts to divide the country are also made through publicity through virtual entertainment. If these actions are not resolved immediately, there will be a threat of the disintegration of Papua from Indonesia. This research aims to identify various forms of propaganda for Aceh Merdeka and the Republic of South Maluku. This research uses the descriptive-qualitative method. The results of this study show the use of glittering generalizations and bandwagon techniques in spreading sweet promises and beliefs about referendums and independence. Publicity will be belittled if misleading publicity is not carried out by providing true and accurate information to the public. Therefore, it is very important to provide training and instill a sense of belonging with Indonesia as a way to combat misleading publicity and inappropriateness by KKB GAM and RMS towards the Indonesian people, especially the people of Aceh and Maluku.</em></p>Adinda Syifa’us SyauqiyahDina Neely HariyaniAgus Danugroho

<p><strong>Abstract</strong>: The development of technology has changed many aspects of life, one of which is education. A significant change is the emergence of artificial intelligence, which has become an integral part of the teaching and learning process. This article aims to explore the understanding of artificial intelligence and the risks associated with it in the context of education. The approach used is through a literature study by analyzing relevant scientific articles. The data collected is analyzed to discuss the impact of the dependent use of artificial intelligence in education. The results show several risks associated with the dependent use of artificial intelligence in education, including potential errors and inaccuracies in artificial intelligence systems, moral issues, and psychological impacts. The article also proposes some measures for using artificial intelligence to overcome these risks. This article aims to provide a better understanding of the use of artificial intelligence in education and offer guidance on how to deal with the risks that may arise.</p>Ahmad Abdul Rochim

<p>The development of globalization has now been felt in various aspects of life. Currently, it has turned to digitalization in various dimensions of life, including in education. The transformation of education is increasingly important to be carried out immediately, including aspects of building awareness of educators and learners based on values, and developing culture. This article is based on a literature review. Data and information are collected from articles, manuscripts, and books related to the study. The data and information are then analyzed using the content analysis method. Efforts to explore tolerance in the aspect of cultural diversity are important, especially in multicultural countries and nations. Strengthening tolerance learning is important to develop in the context of educational transformation, digitalization of education, and preparing global citizens in the digital era. Tolerance for cultural diversity and technological adaptation should be developed in a planned and systemic manner.</p>Asep Mahpudz

<p>Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan keseimbangan kehidupan-kerja dengan intensi <em>turnover</em> dan mengetahui efek moderasi dari makna kerja terhadap hubungan keseimbangan kehidupan-kerja dan intensi <em>turnover</em>. Fenomena q<em>uiet quitting</em> adalah kondisi dimana karyawan hanya mengerjakan pekerjaannya sesuai <em>jobdesc</em> utamanya tanpa adanya usaha ekstra melakukan pekerjaan tambahan untuk perusahaan. <em>Quiet quitting</em> ini dilakukan untuk mencapai keseimbangan kehidupan-kerja karyawan. Karyawan dengan keseimbangan kehidupan-kerja yang baik akan bertahan dan fokus pada setiap tugas dan tanggungjawab yang diberikan dalam pekerjaannya. Ketidakmampuan seorang karyawan dalam mencapai keseimbangan kehidupan-kerjanya ini akan berpengaruh pada keinginan dan pemikiran untuk keluar dari pekerjaannya, yang mana hal ini juga berkaitan dengan cara individu memaknai pekerjaannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan <em>sample non-probability sampling</em> dan insidental <em>sampling</em> melalui kuesioner. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 165 orang karyawan <em>corporate head office</em> di PT XYZ. Pengambilan data menggunakan skala <em>Work as Meaning Inventory (WAMI)</em>, skala <em>work–family balance</em>, dan skala intensi <em>turnover (TIS)</em>. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji <em>moderated regression analysis (MRA)</em> yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara keseimbangan kehidupan-kerja dengan intensi <em>turnover. </em>Namun variabel makna kerja tidak dapat menjadi variabel moderator yang menguatkan ataupun melemahkan hubungan keseimbangan kehidupan-kerja dengan intensi <em>turnover.</em></p>Anisa Hasna TsabitahPuti Archianti Widiasih
