The purpose of this research is to find out whether the work environment and employee motivation at KPPBC TMP C Tanjungpandan have an effect on their performance. All employees involved in this research, totaling 31 people, were selected as samples. Surveys and questionnaires were distributed to 31 people who answered them. Quantitative and descriptive analysis using multiple linear regression analysis (in SPSS version 29). The data was tested and declared valid and reliable. The results of the analysis show that the work environment influences employee performance positively but not significantly. On the other hand, motivation significantly influences employee performance. The employee performance variable of KPPBC TMP C Tanjungpandan is the only subject of this research.
