The research findings revealed that Village Fund management has followed the planning, implementation, administration, and reporting stages in accordance with regulations, but the implementation of transparency, participation, and accountability has not been optimal. Citizen participation remains minimal, the capacity of regional officials in financial management is still limited, and reporting to the public remains ineffective.
