Jurnal Matematika Sains dan Teknologi (JMST) is committed to transparency in its publishing model, revenue sources, and financial management. The journal’s business model and revenue sources are clearly stated to ensure that authors, readers, reviewers, and stakeholders understand how the journal supports its publication activities.

The journal’s revenue sources may include:

• Article Processing Charges (APC): JMST charges an Article Processing Charge of IDR 500,000 per accepted article to support editorial administration, manuscript processing, layout and typesetting, online publication, metadata management, and long-term article accessibility.
• Institutional Support: JMST may receive institutional support from its publisher or affiliated institution to support journal management, online publication, technical infrastructure, and editorial operations.
• Organizational Support: JMST may receive support from academic units, professional associations, research groups, or other scholarly organizations when applicable.
• Advertising or Sponsorship: JMST may accept advertising or sponsorship where appropriate, provided that such content is clearly separated from editorial content and does not compromise the journal’s academic integrity or editorial independence.
• Other Legitimate Sources: JMST may receive other legitimate forms of support, such as grants, partnerships, or publication-related support, provided that they are consistent with the journal’s academic mission and ethical publishing standards.

JMST does not currently charge submission fees or peer review fees. The Article Processing Charge is payable only after a manuscript has been formally accepted for publication.

Publishing fees, waiver status, sponsorship, advertising, institutional support, or any other source of revenue do not influence editorial decision making. All editorial decisions are made independently by the editorial team based solely on scholarly merit, originality, methodological rigor, relevance to the journal’s aims and scope, peer review results, and compliance with publication ethics.

JMST ensures that its revenue sources and business model do not compromise the integrity, objectivity, independence, or quality of the editorial and peer review processes.
