Development of E-Logistics in Expedition Services During the Covid-19 Pandemic: A Qualitative Study

The COVID-19 pandemic has triggered the acceleration of digital transformation in the logistics and expedition services sector in Indonesia. The author's goal in this study is to qualitatively examine how expedition service companies adopt and develop e-logistics during the pandemic, as well as the effect on the efficiency of expedition services and the impact felt by customers. Research data was obtained through interviews with logistics industry players, field observations, and documentation studies from various official reports and scientific journals. This study concludes the development of sustainable and interdependent e-logistics between industry players, the government, and service users, as well as on the improvement of technology and human resource competence
