The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the Effect of Capacity of Machine Efficiency in Production and Inventory Control of Raw Materials on the Smooth Production Process in Bekasi Branch "Galvanized Steel" Company. The type of research used is observation with a multiple linear regression analysis model with 32 samples. The regression test results show that 58.5%, the smoothness of the production process can be explained by the capacity of machine efficiency, and control of inventory of raw materials, while the remaining 41.5% is explained by other factors not examined in this study. F test results show that simultaneously the efficiency of production machinery and raw material inventory control have a significant effect on the smooth production process. The results of the t test show partially the capacity of machine efficiency has a significant effect on the smoothness of the production process while the control variables for raw material inventory have no significant effect on the smooth production process in the branch company "GALVANIZED STEEL" Bekasi</em></p> Wartini Wartini, Martino Wibowo Copyright (c) 2023 Terbuka Journal of Economics and Business https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://jurnal.ut.ac.id/index.php/tjeb/article/view/4242 Wed, 05 Apr 2023 00:00:00 +0700 I Increasing Satisfaction and Repurchase Intention on Contemporary Food and Beverages Through E-commerce https://jurnal.ut.ac.id/index.php/tjeb/article/view/4880 <p>This study aims to analyze consumption behavior using 2 categories of consumer behavior, namely utilitarian shopping value and hedonic shopping value. Say Maumere Port https://jurnal.ut.ac.id/index.php/tjeb/article/view/4897 <p><em>This study aims to determine the analysis of Performance, Public Service and Accident Prevention on Shipping Safety at the L. Say Maumere Port shipping lane. This research was conducted at the Class IV Maumere Harbormaster and Port Authority Office with Shipping Company Agents located at the Port of L. Say Maumere as the population. Data was collected through the methods of Observation, Literature Study, Interviews, Documentation and Questionnaires. The analytical technique used is based on the results of research and multiple analysis with the help of the SPSS V.26 program. Based on the results of research and multiple analysis, the following equation is obtained: <strong>Y = 0.106 + 0.376 X1, + 0.357 X2 + 0.256 X3 + </strong></em><em>.</em> <em>From the multiple linear regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable that influences shipping safety is the performance variable (X1) with a regression coefficient of 0.376. With a coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) of 0.730 or 73%, which means that the safety of shipping on the shipping lane of L. Say Maumere Port is influenced by the variables of Performance, Public Service, and Accident Prevention, which is 73% and other factors that affect Shipping Safety on the shipping lane. port of L. Say Maumere is 27%. Thus the results of the study indicate that Performance, Public Service, and Accident Prevention have a positive and significant impact on Shipping Safety at the L. Empirical data collected in this study shows the number of transportation accidents and fatalities shows a fluctuating number. This means that shipping safety is still a problem faced by the marine transportation industry in Indonesia. To answer this problem, this research is aimed at knowing the effect of ship's seaworthiness, ship health and safety culture, and supervision of the Harbormaster Office and Port Authority on shipping safety performance which is carried out empirically. Every sailing ship must be in a seaworthy condition so as to ensure safety and security while the ship is sailing. Ship's seaworthiness is also assisted with shipping safety facilities and infrastructure. Occupational health is a state of physical, mental and social well-being that allows every worker to work in a healthy manner with optimal productivity without endangering himself, his family, society and the surrounding environment. Occupational health efforts are efforts to harmonize work capacity, workload and work environment so that every worker can work healthily without endangering himself or the surrounding community, in order to obtain optimal work productivity. The duties and responsibilities of a porter are very important in providing a ship's seaworthiness certificate, sailing permit, safety and security as well as all sea transportation shipping activities in Indonesian waters.&nbsp;</em></p> <p><em>Based on the results of research and multiple analysis, the following equations are produced: </em></p> <p><strong><em>Y = 1.957 + 0.762 X1 + 0.531 X2 + 0.244 X3 + </em></strong></p> <p><em>shows that, Based on empirical data (the results of filling out the questionnaire) and the results of multiple linear regression, it shows that the Shipworthiness variable (X1) has a value t count &nbsp;(10.260) &gt; t table (1.99045) then, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The Health and Safety Culture Variable (X2) has a t count (2.382) &gt; t table (1.99045), so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The Port Authority and Port Authority Supervision Variable (X3) has a value of t count (2.280) &gt; t table (1.99045), then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, the results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence between Shipworthiness, Health and Safety Culture, Harbormaster Supervision and Port Authority on Shipping Safety</em></p> Ignatius Martan, Pius Memo Gading Agum Gumelar, Andar Sri Sumantri Copyright (c) 2023 Terbuka Journal of Economics and Business https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://jurnal.ut.ac.id/index.php/tjeb/article/view/4898 Fri, 28 Apr 2023 00:00:00 +0700
