The data were analyzed using simple and hierarchical regression analysis to test the relationships among commitment to change, coping with change, and turnover intention. The results demonstrated that 5 out of 10 hypothesis were supported. The results were also demonstrated that coping with change mediate the negative relationship between commitment to organizational change and turnover intention.
