Abstract

Kopi Rempah MakCik, sebuah usaha kecil di Bojonegoro, memproduksi kopi rempah yang menggabungkan biji kopi pilihan dengan rempah herbal, menciptakan cita rasa, aroma, dan manfaat kesehatan unik. Untuk memastikan keberlanjutan produk ini, penting memahami pasar dan memenuhi keinginan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kelayakan finansial dan merumuskan strategi bisnis Kopi Rempah MakCik menggunakan metode benchmarking dan Business Model Canvas (BMC). Analisis finansial menilai kelayakan bisnis melalui evaluasi aspek-aspek moneter, memberikan dasar kuat untuk pengambilan keputusan. Metode benchmarking membandingkan Kopi Rempah MakCik dengan bisnis ideal lainnya, guna menentukan strategi efektif dan aplikatif. BMC yang diformulasikan berfokus pada struktur biaya, memastikan kelayakan manajemen kewirausahaan usaha ini. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dengan strategi yang tepat dan manajemen keuangan yang baik, Kopi Rempah MakCik memiliki potensi besar untuk berkembang dan berkontribusi pada pasar kopi rempah yang inovatif dan sehat.
