Tri-System Aggregation Model Untuk Kurasi Arsip Riset Digital: Pengembangan Model Pada Badan Riset Dan Inovasi Nasional

Abstract
Fragmentasi arsip riset digital menjadi tantangan utama dalam pengelolaan aset intelektual di Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional (BRIN). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model agregasi arsip riset digital yang efisien, terstandar, dan dapat ditelusuri sebagai respons terhadap belum optimalnya mekanisme terpadu untuk mengonsolidasikan arsip substantif riset dari berbagai unit Eselon I. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Design Science Research dengan mengacu pada tahapan identifikasi masalah, perancangan dan pengembangan artefak, demonstrasi, evaluasi, serta komunikasi hasil. Artefak yang dikembangkan adalah Tri-System Aggregation Model (TSAM), yaitu model kurasi arsip riset digital yang mengintegrasikan tiga infrastruktur utama BRIN: AWANBRIN sebagai lapisan agregasi data mentah, SINAR sebagai lapisan pembentukan dan validasi berkas digital, serta SRIKANDI sebagai lapisan registrasi, pengesahan administratif, dan diseminasi metadata arsip final. Kontribusi inti penelitian adalah pengembangan standar Densier Digital, yaitu paket arsip terstruktur yang menyatukan data mentah riset, laporan teknis, metadata, dan naskah dinas dalam satu entitas arsip digital yang utuh, evidensial, dan terjaga provenansinya. Validasi melalui pilot project di Pusat Riset Sains Data dan Informasi BRIN menunjukkan bahwa model tiga lapis ini mampu mempercepat proses kurasi arsip riset, mengurangi fragmentasi data, serta meningkatkan akuntabilitas pengelolaan aset intelektual. Temuan ini juga menegaskan pergeseran peran arsiparis dari pelaksana administratif menuju kurator data strategis yang berkontribusi pada penguatan tata kelola riset nasional.
