EDUKASI DAN PENCEGAHAN KELUHAN SUBJEKTIF WORK-RELATED MUSCULOSKELETAL DISORDERS MELALUI EXERCISE DI LEMBAGA PELATIHAN KERJA KALIMANTAN SELATAN

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas teknis perangkat Desa Benelanlor dalam menyusun Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) dan memahami gambar desain bangunan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dalam menyusun dokumen teknis perencanaan. Untuk itu tujuan pelaksanaan PkM ini adalah meningkatkan kapasitas perangkat Desa Benelanlor dalam perencanaan teknis pembangunan desa melalui pelatihan penyusunan RAB dan gambar desain, sehingga peserta memperoleh pengetahuan dan keterampilan praktis yang dapat langsung diimplementasikan. Pelaksanaan PkM dengan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dan aplikatif dengan melakukan pelatihan melalui koordinasi, pelatihan dua hari, praktik, serta evaluasi. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta. Pelatihan ini meningkatkan kapasitas dan kemandirian perangkat desa dalam penyusunan dokumen pembangunan.
