Abstract

Abstract

The experience of living in a foreign country often creates challenges due to socio-cultural differences. To overcome this problem, careful preparation is needed. Community service is carried out through assistance to the Indonesian society in China with a focus on mental health. The implementation team identified problems through questionnaires and designed bold outreach activities by inviting cultural and religious experts. The results of this activity show an increased understanding that cultural differences are not an obstacle that is difficult to overcome. It is also hoped that a strong understanding of religion can provide enthusiasm for life and responsibility. Apart from providing a positive psychological impact, this activity strengthens the sense of brotherhood and togetherness between the Indonesian society in China.
