Plagiarism

The Editorial Team of Jurnal Pendidikan dan Teknologi Pembelajaran Matematika acknowledges that plagiarism is unacceptable and has established the following policy detailing the specific actions (sanctions) that will be taken when plagiarism is found in articles submitted for publication in Jurnal Pendidikan dan Teknologi Pembelajaran Matematika.

Definition: Plagiarism is the intentional or unintentional act of obtaining or attempting to obtain credit or grades for scholarly work by citing part or all of another party's work and/or scholarly work as one's own, without properly and completely indicating the source.

Therefore, articles must be original, previously unpublished, and not currently under evaluation for publication elsewhere. Material obtained verbatim from other sources must be clearly noted to distinguish it from original text. The journal uses the industry-standard software "Turnitin" to verify all submissions for plagiarism, and if plagiarism is found during the peer review process, the manuscript may be rejected. In cases where plagiarism is discovered after publication, an investigation will be conducted, and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with the journal's policy.
