UMKM memiliki peran dan potensi yang besar dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Namun peran dan potensi tersebut tidak jarang terkendala permasalahan pengelolaan keuangan yang belum terorganisir dengan baik, seperti tidak dilakukannya pencatatan keuangan secara tepat. Hal ini berdampak pada banyaknya UMKM yang tidak berkembang bahkan mengalami kerugian. Oleh karena itu, sebagai upaya mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian ini dimaksudkan untuk mendampingi pengelolaan keuangan UMKM guna meningkatkan kapabilitasnya dalam pembuatan laporan keuangan. Dalam hal ini, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan pada UMKM Ubud Brayo Jalan Raya Brayo-Wonotunggal Batang, Jawa Tengah. UMKM tersebut dipilih karena dianggap memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan dan memiliki konsep yang berbeda dari UMKM kuliner di sekitarnya. Setelah dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian, dihasilkan beberapa rekomendasi dan tindakan pengendalian dalam upaya perbaikan pengelolaan keuangan yang berkelanjutan. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat dilanjutkan guna menghasilkan manfaat yang lebih luas.
