Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong instansi pemerintah untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan data dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang akurat dan berbasis bukti. Kanwil Direktorat Jenderal Pajak Jawa Barat II sebagai bagian dari Direktorat Jenderal Pajak memiliki kebutuhan akan pengelolaan dan analisis data perpajakan yang efektif guna mendukung monitoring dan evaluasi kinerja. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pegawai dalam mengolah, menganalisis, dan memvisualisasikan data perpajakan menggunakan Microsoft Power BI, serta membekali peserta dengan keterampilan dalam menyusun dashboard interaktif sebagai alat bantu pengambilan keputusan. Metode pelaksanaan pelatihan meliputi pemaparan konsep Business Intelligence, praktik langsung pengolahan data, pemodelan data, serta pembuatan visualisasi dan dashboard berbasis studi kasus. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam memanfaatkan Power BI untuk analisis data perpajakan. Dashboard yang dihasilkan mampu menyajikan informasi secara ringkas, interaktif, dan mudah dipahami, sehingga mendukung proses monitoring, evaluasi, dan pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Pelatihan ini berkontribusi dalam mendukung transformasi digital dan penguatan budaya analitik di lingkungan Kanwil DJP Jawa Barat II.
