The Ministry of Trade has found and blocked 1,222 illegal commodity futures trading sites and gambling games under the guise of trading in Indonesia. In addition, in recent years, many trading robot business actors have offered investments and transactions in the field of commodity futures trading which have the potential to cause losses to users. The discussion is motivated by the legal problem that there is a void of norms (leemten in het recht) governing this matter. This research is a normative legal research with a statutory approach method conducted by reviewing all relevant laws and regulations. The technique of collecting research materials in this research is by means of literature study through the collection of laws and regulations, books, and other supporting documents. Overall, this study discusses the legal aspects governing Commodity Futures Trading in transactions that use trading robots and efforts to resolve the Fahrenheit Trading Robot case. The discussion refers to the ineffective settlement of the Fahrenheit Trading Robot case. This legal writing has the aim of knowing and examining the legal vacuum due to the absence of specific arrangements governing Robot Trading in PBK and to examine legal protection for investors in Fahrenheit's investment.
