Strategi Komunikasi Publik Pemerintah di Masa Pandemi COVID-19

Abstract
This research was conducted on students of stisip widyapuri mandiri kab sukabumi. The purpose of the research is how the public communication strategy of West Java Province carried out by private college students in Sukabumi Regency through the stages of public communication strategy and how the strategy carried out by the West Java provincial government became a symbol of public communication for students, this study was conducted to see the principles of public communication of west Java province can be adopted by students stisip widyapuri mandiri kab sukabumi through the formation of public communication that exists media. Mass, internet media to public communication the author wants to know the situation in terms of public communication in west Java province and also from students. The research methods used in this study are qualitatively descriptive with case study methods. The results showed that the public communication strategy carried out on students stisip widyapuri mandiri kab sukabumi communication carried out less effectively, namely with the wrong understanding in communicating in handling fake news or hoax public communication strategies carried out to make the community around Sukabumi Regency and the community in Indonesia can carry out effective public communication that is implemented and well evaluated.
Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswi stisip widyapuri mandiri kab sukabumi. tujuan penelitian adalah bagaimana strategi komunikasi publik Provinsi Jawa Barat yang dilakukan oleh Mahasiswi perguruan tinggi swasta di Kab Sukabumi melalui tahapan strategi komunikasi publik dan bagaimana strategi yang dilakukan pemprov jabar ini menjadi simbol komunikasi publik untuk para mahasiswi, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat prinsip-prinsip komunikasi publik provinsi jawa barat dapat diadopsi oleh mahasiswi stisip widyapuri mandiri kab sukabumi melalui pembentukan komunikasi publik yang ada media massa, media internet terhadap komunikasi publik penulis ingin mengetahui keadaan dari segi komunikasi publik di provinsi jabar dan juga dari mahasiswi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi komunikasi publik yang dilakukan terhadap mahasiswi stisip widyapuri mandiri kab sukabumi komunikasi yang dilakukan kurang efektif yaitu dengan adanya pemahaman yang salah dalam berkomunikasi dalam menangani berita bohong atau hoax strategi komunikasi publik yang dilakukan untuk membuat masyarakat yang ada di sekitar Kab Sukabumi serta masyarakat yang ada di lndonesia dapat melaksanakan komunikasi publik yang efektif yang dimplementasikan dan dievaluasi dengan baik.
