This study analyses the turnover intention of amil zakat workers at LAZISMU, East Java, Indonesia. The reason for this study was to decide the effect of islamic job satisfaction, organisational commitment, and islamic work ethic on the turnover intention of zakat amil workers at LAZISMU East Java, Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Smart PLS 3.2.9 analysis. The number of samples in this study was 76 LAZISMU zakat amil workers in East Java. The results of this study indicate that Islamic job satisfaction is not proven to affect turnover intention. Secondly, the result shows that there was a significant positive effect between the variables of Islamic job satisfaction on organisational commitment to the zakat amil workers of LAZISMU East Java. Thirdly, there was a significant negative effect between organisational commitment variables on turnover intention. Fourthly, there was a significant negative effect on the Islamic job satisfaction variable on turnover intention through organisational commitment mediation. Fifthly, if organisational commitment is interacted with an Islamic work ethic, it is known that there is a significant effect that strengthens the negative relationship between the variable turnover intention and LAZISMU amil zakat workers in East Java.
