Advertising Policy
Journal of Mathematics, Science and Technology (JMST) is committed to maintaining editorial independence, academic integrity, and transparency in all publishing activities. Advertising, sponsorship, or any form of promotional content must not influence the journal’s editorial policies, peer review process, manuscript decisions, article selection, or publication schedule.
Editorial Independence & Decision Making
All editorial decisions are made independently by the editorial team based on the manuscript’s scholarly merit, originality, methodological quality, relevance to the journal’s aims and scope, and compliance with ethical publication standards.
Acceptance or rejection of a manuscript is not affected by any advertising, sponsorship, financial support, institutional relationship, or commercial interest.
Separation of Content & Restrictions
If JMST accepts advertising or sponsorship, such content will be clearly identified and visually separated from editorial and scholarly content. Advertisements must not be placed in a way that could mislead readers or suggest that the journal, publisher, editorial board, or affiliated institution endorses the advertised product, service, organization, or claim.
Unacceptable Content
JMST does not accept advertisements or promotional content that:
- Conflicts with the journal’s academic mission.
- Compromises editorial independence.
- Misleads authors, readers, reviewers, or the public.
- Promotes unethical, discriminatory, illegal, or inappropriate content.
- Creates an actual or perceived conflict of interest.
- Is inconsistent with scholarly publishing standards.
Enforcement & Transparency
The editorial board and publisher reserve the right to reject, withdraw, or remove any advertisement, sponsorship, or promotional material at any time if it is considered inappropriate, misleading, unethical, or incompatible with the journal’s publication standards.
JMST ensures that advertising and sponsorship policies are implemented transparently and do not compromise the credibility, independence, or integrity of the journal.
Direct Marketing Policy
JMST may conduct direct marketing activities to disseminate journal-related information, including calls for papers, publication schedules, special issues, editorial announcements, and other academic information relevant to the journal’s aims and scope.
Communication Channels & Standards
Direct marketing communication may be conducted through official and professional channels, including the journal website, email, social media, WhatsApp, and academic forums or networks of mathematics and statistics associations.
These channels are used to inform authors, reviewers, editors, researchers, lecturers, and academic communities about publication opportunities and journal updates.
JMST ensures that all direct marketing activities are carried out in a professional, ethical, accurate, and non-misleading manner. Information distributed through WhatsApp or academic association forums must be relevant to the journal’s scope and must clearly represent official journal-related communication.
No Guarantees & Editorial Integrity
JMST does not use direct marketing to guarantee manuscript acceptance, offer preferential treatment, or promise a very short peer review process.
All submitted manuscripts must follow the journal’s standard editorial and peer review procedures. Editorial decisions are made independently based on scholarly merit, originality, methodological rigor, relevance to the journal’s aims and scope, peer review results, and compliance with publication ethics.

JMST respects the privacy and communication preferences of recipients.
Opting Out
Individuals who do not wish to receive further direct marketing communication may request to be removed from the journal’s contact list, WhatsApp distribution list, or other communication channels at any time.
