CALL FOR PAPERS

Journal of Open and Distance Education

The Editorial Board of the Journal of Open and Distance Education cordially invites scholars, researchers, and education practitioners to submit original research manuscripts for publication consideration in our peer-reviewed academic journal.

SCOPE AND FOCUS AREAS:

The journal welcomes empirical and theoretical contributions addressing, but not limited to, the following themes:

  • Pedagogical innovations in distance learning environments
  • Educational technology and digital learning ecosystems
  • Instructional design methodologies for online education
  • Assessment and evaluation frameworks for open education programs
  • Policy development and implementation in distance education
  • Equity, accessibility, and inclusive practices in online learning contexts

MANUSCRIPT REQUIREMENTS:

  • Original, unpublished scholarly work
  • Composed in formal Indonesian language adhering to academic writing conventions
  • Conformity to journal template specifications
  • Manuscript length: 4,000-7,000 words
  • Citation of contemporary literature (publications within the preceding five years preferred)

SUBMISSION INFORMATION:

  • Submission Deadline: Continuous (rolling submissions accepted year-round)
  • Review Process: Double-blind peer review methodology
  • Publication Timeline: 8-12 weeks post-acceptance
  • Article Processing Charges: No publication fees
