Keanekaragaman Spesies Bambusa (Poaceae, Bambusoideae) di Kalimantan, Indonesia

Bambu dilaporkan memiliki banyak manfaat antara lain sebagai bahan kerajinan tangan, penangkap ikan, bahan bangunan, peralatan rumah tangga, mebel, wadah makanan, obat-obatan, bahan sayuran, dan kayu bakar. Di Indonesia kekayaan spesies bambu cukup tinggi yaitu 175 spesies bambu yang dapat ditemukan tersebar dari Pulau Jawa hingga Papua. Informasi hasil riset tentang data spesies Bambusa di wilayah Kalimantan relatif masih sangat sedikit dan tidak valid. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menyediakan data keanekaragaman spesies Bambusa di Kalimantan. Metode penelitian dilakukan secara deskriptif dengan cara mengamati karakter morfologi dari spesimen herbarium dan digital herbarium. Data dikumpulkan dari spesimen herbarium bambu marga Bambusa yang dikoleksi dari Kalimantan dan data spesimen digital yang tersimpan di portal basis data daring, seperti GBIF dan Bioportal. Keseluruhan spesimen diidentifikasi ulang dan divalidasi penamaannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat lima spesies Bambusa di Kalimantan, yaitu Bambusa glaucophylla Widjaja, B. multiplex (Lour.) Raeusch. ex Schult.f., B. spinosa Roxb., B. tuldoides Munro, dan B. vulgaris Schrad. Penyajian dilengkapi pula dengan kunci identifikasi dan pertelaannya.
