This journal does not charges any submission or publication fees. 

Under the aforementioned condition, we are waiving in full for authors from developing countries and that they need to submit papers to VOKAL:Jurnal Ilmiah Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia.  We do not want fees to prevent the publication of worthy work.
