About the Journal

International Journal of English Language and Pedagogy (IJELP) is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal published by the Institute for Research and Community Service, Universitas Terbuka (UT) Indonesia. The journal is published electronically twice a year, in May and November, under EISSN 3025-4310 and the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike (CC BY-SA) licence.

IJELP serves as a scholarly forum for original research and writing in English language teaching, English literature, applied linguistics, and English language assessment and evaluation. It aims to disseminate theoretical and empirical studies that connect practitioners and researchers across disciplines, with a particular openness to work that bridges traditional and distance-learning contexts.
