The International Journal of English Language and Pedagogy (IJELP) is an open-access journal that promotes free and unrestricted access to scholarly work. To support equitable dissemination of knowledge, IJELP does not charge any Article Processing Charges (APC) or submission fees at any stage of the publication process.

Authors can submit, revise, and publish their manuscripts without any financial obligation, as Universitas Terbuka fully supports all publication costs. This policy reflects the university’s commitment to open and inclusive academic communication, ensuring that research in English language education, literature, applied linguistics, and assessment remains accessible to a global readership.

All accepted papers are published online and made freely available under an open-access licence, allowing readers to read, download, cite, and share the work without restriction, provided that proper attribution is given to the authors and the journal.
