About the Journal
The Journal of Humanities and Civic Education is a scholarly publication dedicated to exploring the merges of civic education and humanities disciplines. It provides a platform for researchers, educators, and practitioners to examine and advance knowledge on the role of humanities in fostering critical thinking, ethical decision-making, and active citizen. The journal welcomes interdisciplinary articles that explore topics such as cultural studies, philosophy, literature, history, and social sciences, with a particular focus on their relevance to civic education. Especially, the focus and scope of JHCE are:
1. civic education based distance education,
2. civic education at elementary, middle, and higher levels,
3. civic society learning; value/moral/character education.
