All articles published in this journal are in full open access. However, the renewal process, capacity expansion, technical improvements, and daily maintenance of the journal necessitate funding. To keep providing free access to readers and to cover the costs of typesetting, long-term archiving, and journal management, this journal charges authors a symbolic publication fee or a participation fee for those articles that pass the peer-review process and get acceptance for publication.
