An author who publishes in Food Scientia Journal agrees to the following terms:
  • The copyright to each article is transferred to Food Scientia if the article is accepted for publication. Therefore Food Scientia has the non-exclusive right to reproduce, reprint, translation, provide articles in all forms of publication such as photographs, microfilm and any other similar activities of reproductions. Authors still has the right to duplicate, download and distribute of the published material as long as the author and source are cited. 
  • The author is able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book) with the acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.
