Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning Berbantuan Alat Peraga untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Materi Rangkaian Arus Bolak-Balik

This study aims to find out whether there is an increase in students' cognitive learning outcomes with the application of the Problem Based Learning model assisted by visual aids on alternating current circuit material at MAN 7 Bireuen. The research methodology uses quantitative methods and the type of research is quasi-experimental with a non-equivalent control group design. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The samples of this study were class XII MIA 1 as the control class and XII MIA 2 as the experimental class with 25 students per class. The results of the analysis of the N-Gain test with the SPSS program obtained an n-gain for the control class of 0,63 and an N-Gain for the experimental class of 0,76. Based on the decision criteria, that the N-Gain value of the control class is included in the class that is effective enough to be applied, while the experimental value of the n-gain class can be applied effectively. It can be concluded that the application of learning problem-based learning models equipped with visual aids in the alternating series of learning outcomes has increased for students at MAN 7 Bireuen.
