Food Scientia: Journal of Food Science and Technology (e-ISSN: 2807-1549) is a scientific journal published by Universitas Terbuka and managed by the Food Technology Department of Universitas Terbuka. 

This journal is currently accepting papers for Volume 4(1) and Volume 4(2) in the scope of:
