Article Processing Charge (APC)

IJDMDE does not charge any Article Processing Charge (APC) for the publication of accepted manuscripts. All costs associated with peer review management, journal production, online hosting, and long-term digital archiving are fully covered by the journal, with no financial burden placed on authors, their institutions, or funders. Authors may submit and publish their work entirely free of charge.

APC Waiver Policy

IJDMDE operates under a fully open access model with no fees of any kind. As there are no Article Processing Charges (APC) or Article Submission Charges (ASC) imposed on authors, a formal waiver application is not required. All authors — regardless of their country of origin, institutional affiliation, academic status, or funding availability — are entitled to submit and publish their work in IJDMDE at no cost.
