This issue of Hexagon: Jurnal Ilmu dan Pendidikan Matematika presents a diverse collection of studies that highlight current developments and emerging concerns in mathematics education and applied mathematical research. The articles in this edition explore a wide range of themes, including problem-solving pedagogy, students’ mathematical anxiety, numeracy skills, misconceptions in algebraic concepts, the integration of digital learning media, and the development of innovative instructional materials. Several contributions also demonstrate the practical application of mathematical modeling and statistical analysis in addressing environmental and climate-related phenomena in Indonesia.
